Online eShops: Good or Bad?

I registered myself to these eShops to check on what they can offer to me as a customer. I am still on the process of  evaluating their websites according to my own standards:
-Is the website user friendly?
-Are the offer good and reasonable?
-Are customer support available 24/7?  
-Is the payment processing secure?
